Does my singing bowl come with a cushion and striker?

All singing bowls include an appropriate striker. Cushions are not included but can be purchased separately from our range here. If you'd like a different type of striker, you can browse our collection here.

Can I play my singing bowl with water?

Yes, you can play your singing bowl with water by filling it about three-quarters full. This technique alters the bowl’s intonation and creates a unique sound experience. After use, ensure you dry it thoroughly to prevent corrosion. For storage, place it on a dedicated cushion to protect the metal and maintain its integrity.

What currency are your prices in?

We display prices in Australian Dollars ($AUD) for Australian customers and US Dollars ($USD) for customers in the United States.

What can I do if the item I want is sold out?

If an item is out of stock, please email us, and we’ll let you know if it will be restocked or help find an alternative solution for you.

Can I return an order if it doesn’t meet my expectations?

We do not offer refunds or replacements if you change your mind. Please note that clearance items are final sale, and no refunds or exchanges are available for these purchases. For more details, visit our Refund Policy.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled, except for updating contact details.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale purchasing options?

We do not offer wholesale purchases at this stage, but we’re open to exploring this in the future.

Delivery

How will I know when my order is shipped?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number included.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. During this time, we carefully prepare your items for shipment and liaise with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. Please note: Mindful Store does not guarantee any delivery times, the above guide is an estimate only. Keep an eye on your tracking link for estimate delivery times, these are solely dependent on the courier delivering your items.

I have a problem with my order, who should I contact?
