We're Mike and Kat, the founders of Mindful Store. After years in corporate life, we turned to meditation, sound healing, and yin yoga to find our way back to stillness.
Kat now teaches both, and travelled to Nepal to learn from the artisans who craft many of our tools today. Mindful Store grew from that journey, and from the hope of sharing what we found.
